DESCRIPTION:The International Security Sector Advisory Team (ISSAT), a
  structure recently created within the Geneva Centre for the Democrati
 c Control of Armed Forces (DCAF), is organising a one-day workshop on 
 introducing and integrating knowledge management platforms and systems
  in our organisations. The workshop will take place on Thursday, March
  18th.\n\nThe purpose of the workshop is for participants to learn abo
 ut the challenges and opportunities of introducing and working with kn
 owledge management systems in our organisations: What are the dos and 
 donts? Have there been success stories? How can we get buy-in from pot
 ential users so that they use and benefit from such systems?\n\nThe fo
 rmat of the workshop will be entirely participatory and the workshop w
 ill be facilitated. The discussion will be based on success stories an
