DESCRIPTION:Dear all,\n\nFor all those of you based in The Hague or an
 ywhere in the\nNetherlands, a group of The Hague-based NGOs (1) is kic
 king off a series of KM4DEV 'borrels' (drinks). As was the custom befo
 re, these borrels are primarily for informal networking and good and f
 un discussions between like-minded KM4D heads... But since there is su
 ch interest among our group, we are likely to offer an alternative, mo
 re focused part of the borrel to discuss or even experiment with KM/KS
  tools and approaches.\n\nWhether for social fun or professional curio
 sity, you're more than welcome to join us on the first of these borrel
 s, hosted on 22 January 2010 from 17.00 (someone will be around from 1
 6.30). The borrel this time will take place on the premises of the IRC
  International Water and Sanitation Centre: Bezuidenhoutseweg 2; 2594 
 AV The Hague; The Netherlands. Our office is right in front of the Min
 istry of Foreign Affairs (MinBuZa), right next to Centraal Station. (2
 )\n\nEarlier in the day, IRC and like-minded organisations are discuss
 ing ways to cooperate and learn from one another in order to provide m
 ore comprehensive and efficient ‘helpdesks’ for the water and sani
 tation in developing countries. At 16.30, there will be a wrap-up sess
 ion, where the results of the day will be presented and discussed. You
  are most welcome to join for the wrap-up session at 16:30 in the same

 ular basis, at least once every quarter, perhaps even more frequently.
