Is important to do KM for rural development base on rural people knowledge??

base on my experience in agricultural extension, I find that is very important thing to learn 

Local Knowledge and share it with farmer and develop it, and used this knowledge in their work and daily life. do you agree with me??

I do, definitely. 

Farmers have a wealth of tacit knowledge that need to be harnessed for its practical value.
