Looking for local knowledge sharing consultant in Senegal

Please see attached TOR (in French) for a World Bank consultant position to support our work with the Ministry of Education of Senegal, based in Dakar. We are looking for someone who is fluent in both French and English, as although the bulk of the local support work will be in French, all interactions with the global team as well as reporting will be in English.

The consultancy is for up to 150 billable days/fiscal year, with an initial contract until end of June 2016, renewable for a year based on performance.

Experience in organizational learning, behavior change and/or knowledge sharing are essential.
