Question re: VPs
I have a client who is interested in learning more about the best virtual platforms for knowledge management, as well as tips for effectively designing and managing these platforms to facilitate ongoing participation interaction and involvement. They are especially interested in how VPs can enhance North - South collaboration, learning and program management.
What sources would you recommend me to review that would provide a good overview of the possibilities, challenges and solutions?
