Creative Associates International is a quickly growing international development organization specializing in education, economic growth, governance, and stabilization. We are seeking two new team members in our Knowledge Management office – this unit works with every project across the firm to continuously learn, innovate, and do better development. It’s a great opportunity for someone who wants to work with lots of people in different places on both the day-to-day and the big ideas of implementing effective development programs.

• BA in international development or another relevant field, MA preferred
• 4-5 years of experience in knowledge-management related roles, preferably within international development
• Ability to thrive in diverse teams
• Experience collecting and converting data into knowledge
• Strong communication, presentation, writing
• Proficiency in Spanish, Arabic or French
