Thesis funding on Knowledge Management of Priority Setting in Health Research

Hello, 

I am a Ugandan student on a distance Knowledge Management programme  in the UK. I am interested in conducting research for my Masters Thesis on Knowledge Management of Priority Setting in Health Research in Uganda. However, I am stuck because of funding. 

Can anyone point me in the right direction so that the KM community also learn from what I finally find out?
