How do we develop community radio programs to ensure 2-way communication? That is my concern. In Ghana there is this "Phone-in" programs but I still have problem with the system.

I think the focus should be much more on the way community radio if not community media in general should be used to evoke activism and inspire community development. Is it the content, user friendliness or what is it that it takes to inspire development!

We need to explore this in greater details in Brussels.
