Eurasia Foundation, an international-development-focused nonprofit, has a new opportunity for a Business Process and Knowledge Management Associate. The position is located in Washington, DC.

This would be an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or grad student with knowledge and/or experience in business process analysis, process improvement/continuous improvement and/or knowledge management. Applicants lacking experience in any of these areas are certainly encouraged to apply, as you'll have the opportunity to expand your skill set in a hands-on manner. 4-6 weeks of hands-on overlap with a KM Officer will be scheduled--and the Associate will have the ongoing guidance of a caring, enthusiastic, experienced supervisor.

Applicants with interest/experience in organizational development will also be seriously considered, as the aim of the process- and KM-focused work is to leverage and increase institutional expertise, and achieve sustainable organizational learning.
