Summary: Heartland Alliance International (HAI) seeks an innovative, curious thinker to help drive the design, implementation, and stewardship of a comprehensive and integrated approach to learning, continuous improvement, and external communications. This position will develop a broad set of platforms and opportunities to ensure that HAI and partners are using new and existing information dynamically to make better decisions, respectfully challenge and vet each other's ideas, and take calculated risks in the pursuit of greater impact. This position will support a culture and practice of intra-organizational learning to support HAI’s efforts to improve programming and innovate based upon global programming successes and challenges as well as international best practices. This position will build upon existing monitoring and evaluation practices to foster improved internal learning and to better communicate models and successes to internal and external audiences. Primary responsibilities include: building upon existing Monitoring and Evaluation efforts to create a system for internal learning and using that system to share lessons learned internally and externally through the development of models, case studies, reports written for public consumption, newsletters, and other communications channels.
