A major international organisation managing a large programme to support the reform and strengthening of health care system is currently soliciting for resumes and CVs from suitably qualified development consultants to support its partners in the development of systems and processes to enhance communication and knowledge sharing and collaborations at the federal level and four states in Nigeria.
Interested candidates must have experience and proven track record in the following core areas;
• Significant experience and expertise in developing strategies documents and plans especially related to communication and Knowledge management.
• Significant prior experience working in programmes funded by international donors, strongly
preferable in the health sector.
• Vast knowledge of the challenges in health sector in Nigeria
• Experience of working in Nigeria and developing communication and KM plans in such an environment will be advantageous.
• Experience in organizational development
• Significant prior experience working in programmes funded by international donors, preferable in the health sector.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, capacity-building, training, organizational, and management skills.
• Dedicated team player with demonstrated interpersonal, results-oriented, and decision making skills.
