USAID/Washington’s Bureau for Policy, Planning and Learning, Office of Learning, Evaluation and Research (PPL/LER), seeks the services of a Learning Consultant for 6 months to support its efforts to build the capacity of Agency staff in Washington and Missions around the world to foster organizational learning.  This support is needed as part of PPL/LER’s action plan to embed best collaborating, learning, and adapting (CLA) practices into the Agency’s culture and work processes.  This will in turn help the Agency learn systematically from its development work and base strategies and program decisions on the best possible evidence
