Wow..this is an interesting question, i think like we are taught in school, people can be taught also that "knowledge sharing is power" via seminars, conferences or during lecture times, this is something that i have learned, "the more you share with others the more your knowledge is increased"

Tsholofelo i think most people dont realize the important of sharing knowledge that's why they dont see it as vital, so i was thinking using some of methods that tumediso stated and use them as a platform to let people why sharing knowledge is so powerful
