Tacit knowledge can be captured through discussions with the people in the organisation. A staff meeting is helpful in tapping out what the people have in their minds. In a meeting people are free to air their views on different aspects which may help to improve the running on the organisation let alone managing knowledge in an organisation.

Googling on 'analysing comments on blog posts' did not give me recent results. On our Sanitation Updates news blog we have received more than 800 commentts that IRC has asked me to analyse.
