SIRIS Academic, an academic consultancy which works in Higher Education, Research and Knowledge Management, is launching a PhD program in collaboration with the Government of Catalonia (Spain) and the Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona, Spain). The PhD student will be involved in a mid-long term project on the creation of a Knowledge Hub in Central Asia between researchers (Universities) and practitioners (NGO's, international and national agencies) on natural resources management.
