knowledge management for development

Here's a take on Knowledge management for development, especially in relation to openness in development.

Input appreciated - note that it's an open wiki (consistent with the article itself!) and you're free to edit the page.

I don't know that it covers the concerns of this community, yet... what's it missing?

Thanks John. Do you have ideas for sources of such info?

Either having enthusiastic people sharing their knowledge, or finding existing writings license appropriately (compatible Creative Commons license - see http://www.appropedia.org/An_Introduction_to_Creative_Commons ) will work wonderfully.

Chris, thanks for this. I have just taken a quick look. What I think is missing at the moment is an emphasis on local and traditional knowledge and participation. Best wishes, John
