Knowledge evolved (as subject) or Knowledge created (as object)?

The Essence of Knowledge Sharing  viewed from Human System Biology-based KM (HSBKM) model framework is the interaction among Human Senses – Human Mind – Human Conscience within  level  of Human Knowledge as well as the interaction among Machine Learning (Technology) – Individual Learning (Process) – Organizational / Collective Learning (People) within level of Knowledge Management (KM)  (Visit :  http://bit.ly/q9kDhp   - “HUMAN KNOWLEDGE AND KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT INTERFACES” )

Within context of Human in KM, both of those six variables above mentioned mutually interacting each other giving new level of Knowledge evolvement (treated as subject), not created (treated as object), through emergent property phenomenon within system complexity. Could this give a new perspective of Knowledge sharing in psychological way instead of just Knowledge flow?
