what are the key features that differentiate Codified and personalisation strategies?People can you please help me differentiate these two stratiegies maybe by giving an example using our day to day activities.

Personilisation strategy has tacit knowledge orientation to share knowledge, engage in dialogue, channel expertise, high profits, uses expertise databases or internal yellow pages to find consultants with the right knowledge while Codification strategy has explicit knowledge orientation, use large databases to codify and store knowledge.

Knowledge management impact on employee adaptability in the sense that staff, were always exposed to new ideas, they adapted change quickly and became fast changing and customer-focused.

When employee have knowledge about the importance of new policies and strategies that the organisation has to adopt, it means they are aware and ready to adapt to those changes unlike whereby things are done as a surprise
