Dear members,

I am an agronomist, and I would like to start a research on agricultural technologies transfer to farmers in remote areas by exploiting the potential of the new information and communication technologies. I intend to set up a connectivity system between these farmers and researchers and agricultural advisors (extension). According to my knowledge, such systems already exist in other countries.

Such issue can raise technical, sociological or pedagological questions. Therefore, I rely on your comprehension to help me and enlighten me on the subject to be able to start a Doctorate thesis issue. In other terms, what can be the “scientific question” ? Because i think the system establishment is just a technical task.
