New handbook on monitoring, evaluation and knowledge management of public policy influence

Hello everyone! I would like to announce that from CIPPEC and with GDN´s support we have developed a handbook on M&E and KM: “Learners, doers and teachers, handbook for the monitoring, evaluati...”. At the moment, only the spanish version is available, the english one is under production.
