New research on unique opportunities for knowledge sharing in global health

The Knowledge for Health (K4Health) project has recently published a new research brief on collaborative learning in global health entitled, Share Fairs: Effects of Knowledge Management Techniques on Learning and Sharing in East Africa.

A Share Fair is a participatory event where professionals engage in collaborative conversations about experiences and expertise relating to best work practices. To systematically assess how such events influence knowledge sharing and organizational learning capacities, K4Health used a mixed methods approach to study the effectiveness of a Knowledge Management Share Fair held in Arusha, Tanzania in April 2016, which gathered over 100 experts working in health and development at the country and regional levels.

Read the brief for effective techniques in facilitating knowledge sharing and use amongst public health workers, and for recommendations on research design to evaluate the effect of social interactions, partnerships, and capacity building.

Please help us spread the word by re-tweeting this tweet or sharing the brief amongst your colleagues and networks.
