Hello,
The Centre for Alleviation of Poverty through Sustainable Agriculture (CAPSA) based in Indonesia is organizing a high level policy dialogue on technology transfer for smallholder farmers to take place in February. We are trying to identify eminent speakers who have experience in agricultural or/and policy research and agricultural innovation systems. It could be somebody working as an independent consultant or for a research institute or an international organization.
Any ideas?
Thank you.

Dr Biksham Gujja and Dr Vikram Akula can be one of the eminent speakers you are looking for. I worked with Dr Gujja during my stint in WWF. Find below the link to their profiles.
Best,
Sanjib
Comment by Philipp Grunewald on January 17, 2013 at 5:13am Hello Martina,
you might want to have a look at the ELLA programme from Practical Action. Shortly, there will be a learning alliance on small scale farming and the sort of things you are interested in might be discussed there by people from different sectors and continents.
Cheers
Philipp
