Team Leader, Knowledge Management and Monitoring & Evaluation - DOCO

The UN Development Operations Coordination Office (DOCO) provides technical support to the United Nations Development Group, the UN's development arm.

DOCO has just established a new position to lead our knowledge management team (See attached JD), and we are looking to get the message out to possible candidates with the right profile for the post. Ths position has been advertised on the UNDP job site with a closing date of 24 March.

This individual would provide leadership to the UN in the area of knowledge management, with the overall goal of improving development effectiveness at the country and regional levels.The selected candidate should thus have experience in the world of development with a multilateral or bilateral organization, preferably the UN (but not required) and with or in a developing country.
