Ian, thanks for a great post. Usually the greatest successes come after the greatest failures. Look at Apple's disastrous experience with the Newton before the iPod and iPhone came along. But if the team that failed got some real learning, stays together and stays evidence-based it can usually come up with the goods the next time around. Unfortunately the penalty for failure is often to break up the team and lose the learning. Best wishes, John
