May I please get the clarification on "phase 4: Evaluation of business value, on the 10 steps of KM Road map... How must ROI account for both financial and competitive impacts of on the business?
I learned that ROI is the most common profitability ratio. It again serves two purposes, which are as follows,
1. providing statistical/ hard data to prove the impact of successful KM implementation.
2. It allows one to incrementally refine his/ her KM system design…
