1. Has rooms that sit 3 - 4 people. That will promote necessary interaction, without becoming distracting.

2. Has a room with comfortable chairs, a lounge, where people can relax and meet informally, have a sundowner after work

3. Is close to the central station

4. Has pink carpets.
