Wiki is light

If we want to reach our publics, internal and external, we must have a suitable vehicle. Cyber highways in the developing counries are scarse. Bandwidth is very precious and for the user experience it makes a lot of difference.

One of the main properties of quick is tha the pages are relatively light. Under 100kb for a full page (for example the main page of this site).

The response time remains under the 5 seconds, which is great.

Enforcing a comoon layout overal is another great property. In some case you have tools that allows you a lot of freedom in typefaces and styles; which works well if you are maintaining individual pages but it doesn't work for corpate sites --Alfonso 06:54, 2 February 2007 (EST)

formating text seems easier than i expected. although editing text already published is rather difficult becuase the user is confronted winth coded text.
