To all who may have an interest.

We held our second KM CoP at RAF Molesworth. I have come to understand that my company actually has a quite robust KM COP as well as many other COPs.  These are connected via a tool called Yammer which the company uses as a question/response tool.  It does allow for fairly rapid responses and aligns with many best practices identified in KM.  Additionally, I had but one other individual attend the event, so, perhaps, this may be a purposeless endeavor.

That said, we had a great conversation about codification versus personalization and worked to apply that to our current issues.  I think the ability to provide more in-depth explanations was invaluable in creating a full understanding of the issue.  And this is perhaps not an easy matter when communicating through short text bursts on Yammer or similar tools.  I think there might still be value in these personal meet-ups.  And once a month is not too onerous.

Please find attached a graphic break down of this event's discussion topics.
