Good Day,
How is everything with you, I picked interest on you after going through your short profile and deemed it necessary to write you immediately. I have something very vital to disclose to you, but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site.Could you please get back to me on:(Elisa_Dutton@onet.pl) for the full details.Have a nice day

Thanks God bless.
Elisa Dutton.
There are a number of ways one may try as a means of capturing tacit knowledge.
1)Through focus groups whereby tacit knowledge will be translated into explicit knowledge through discussions.
2)Through research-this will enable one to extract tacit knowledge from different people for its capture in the workplace.
