Hi  Hope you are still in Pakistan. Just thinking about starting a group on KM4 development in Pakistan. an effort was done some 4-5 years back with a focus in WB NRSP , UNICEF and others. But it failed. This was done to build around water sanitation and Hygiene (WASH)

I am sure we were making some strategic mistake, same time believe it can help development process in Pakistan. 

We need to unpack the attempt look for lessons learnt and unlearnt.
