those are the ways in wich knowledge can be shared i would say that they are part of knowledge management

I agree with you Tsaone,although people managing conferences,preparing reports and conducting training may not be aware they are doing knowledge management.

I think it is as knowledge which was shared during the conferences or training is captured and can be used in the organisation as way of assessing the need for more training, any benefits from such meetings.
