Conciliation Resources is undertaking a process to improve its organisational learning capabilities. One of the areas we have identified which hinders our ability to share and learn effectively is our knowledge management systems and processes.

We are therefore looking for a consultant, preferably UK-based, who can help to accompany us as we identify ways to improve our knowledge management systems in support of better organisational learning.

Attached to this post is a Terms of Reference document, which outlines the issues at hand and the consultancy's objectives. The deadline for applications is 26 February.
