How to replace default video picture?

Hi all just uploaded the 2009 bingo* video I made. I'm trying to find out how to replace the default video 'icon' or 'picture' by a more appealing one?

Anyone an idea?

Hm, seeing this question, Peter, in the "resource" are suggests we might need a discussion someplace else for NING Q&A *(since this is not intended to be a discussion area, but we have to use "discussion" as our file management system on NING)
