organizations can implement knowledge management strategies through applications of information technologies to capture ,store and distribute knowledge, they can also use tacit knowledge to build intellectual capital introduce new organizational cultures and the reward system
organizations can venture into different partnerships with other organizations so as to be able to have different resources and new knowledge from a different perspective other than their own.
A good point Tsaone, how then will these information technologies be used such that they capture, store and distribute knowledge within the organisation. Will all employees benefit in using such systems?

KM is basically an organizational perspective with organizational applications therefore it is better started top-down, that is, with resource as well as policy support from the top. It can also be started from the upper-middle management provided there is support from the top management.
Will availing such approach allow for all employees to be involved regardless of level of education?such organisational applications has to be implemented such that it includes all employees as well as the stakeholders.
