Du 6 juillet au 9 août 2017, j'ai organisé et formé les cadres de l'ONG ETD au Togo et au Bénin sur les notion de base du KM et la capitalisation. hi!

May I please get the clarification on "phase 4: Evaluation of business value, on the 10 steps of KM Road map... How must ROI account for both financial and competitive impacts of on the business?

I learned that ROI is the most common profitability ratio. It again serves two purposes, which are as follows,
