Basic consideration One :
• Primary Human Knowing Tools as Knowledge with Lower Consciousness (KLC) in the form of Human Senses or peripheral nerves system included autonomic nerve systems represented by KM Tools as Techno-based boundary in KM. KLC representing human sense-taste-feeling-feel-flavor-sensation
• Secondary Human Knowing Tools as Knowledge with Medium Consciousness (KMC) in the form of Human Central Nerve System or Mind Brain represented by KM Process Framework as Human Mind-based boundary in KM. KMC representing human reason-mind-intellect-intelligence-way-idea.
• Tertiary Human Knowing Tools as Knowledge with Higher Consciousness (KHC) in the form of Human Genomic DNA as Human Tertiary Knowing Tools represented by KM Standards Culture and Value as Human Organizational (Collective / Social) Learning-based boundary in KM. KM should be treated as an operational platform behaving as subject containing framework of 3 (three) types of Human Knowing Tools as well as KM Knowing Tools which are making Interactions one with another in the function of Knowledge Sharing Intra as well as Inter Human being as stated in Human System Biology-based KM (HSBKM) model framework (http://mobeeknowledge.ning.com/forum/topics/human-knowing-tools ) where we gave Weighted Score (WS) = 1 as value of KM Tools (Techno-based boundary in KM), WS = 3 as value of KM Process Framework (Human Mind-based boundary in KM) and WS = 5 as value of KM Standards Culture and Value (Human Organizational (Collective / Social) Learning-based boundary in KM) respectively. The Weighted Score here depends on my personal judgment not yet based on collective judgment among KMers

Conclusions :
Considering Internet could be treated as possessor of extensive human knowledge as well as KM functioning as human operational platform , and by considerations above mentioned, the maximum possible amount of human knowledge could be kept on current internet is 1 + 3 = 4 out of total score 1 + 3 + 5 = 9 or 4/9 = 44.44%
