Implementing a successful KM programme
Author: Stan Garfield (International Workshop Facilitator at KM & Collaboration)
Price: A$ 395 +GST
is designed specifically to provide a step-by-step guide to initiating and managing a project of this kind. Each of the key stages is explored, the potential pitfalls are explained, the necessary research is outlined and all relevant resources that will help you in reaching your targets are listed at length including associations, communities, news feeds, periodicals and training providers.

Here is the link to the results so far: http://www.kmaustralia.com/docs/Flat%20Results%20ALL%202%20June%202...

We have had the highest percentage of internationals taking the survey out of the three years. Most of the other results have not shifted too much from previous years, except the answer of the question: "Have you seen clear financial returns from KM?"

Also, a surprising 48% have remained neutral on the question: "Do you feel that social media for your organisation has been a useful influence for KM?"

We will be posting these results at www.kmaustralia.com and our social media groups: @KMAustralia KM Australia LinkedIn
