Thanks Khalique. I know intellectual capital. I have a PhD in KM and research in the area, in addition to teaching it at the postgraduate level here in the UK. What I was more interested in  is ICM&KMD. Is it a network that you have created?

Intellectual Capital is considered as the intangible resources and it is considered as the most important resource for organizations to take competitive advantages over rivals. There is no doubt the concept of intellectual capital is quite new for the Pakistani organizations. Many researchers stipulated that intellectual capital is a critical factor for the success of organization in a knowledge-based economy.
