Event Description

Join us for 30 minutes we will explore how you can increase your efficiency and effectiveness, as an organization and as an individual by looking at 3 questions:
1. What are you focusing on?
2. How are you using what you know?
3. Who are you listening to?
About the host:

With 9 years working across 17+ countries, Linzi Fidelin is a seasoned international development professional.

Specializing in capacity development, she has worked across cultures, languages and levels of seniority to bring about sustainable solutions for clients from various industries.

Whether it be looking at issues of gender, microfinance, agriculture or health, Linzi brings a human element to her work that recognizes the individual nature of each scenario, and a belief that people dealing with the problems are the most likely to have the answers.

Linzi founded WhatsAlreadyWorking in January 2016, to leverage her experience using methods of Positive Deviance and Solutions Focus to support her clients in finding and sharing their own solutions to complex challenges.
