Call for Papers for eWorld Forum 2011, 2-3 August 2011, The Ashok, New Delhi, India

 

eWorld Forum 2011 is a dynamic global forum which will be organised by Centre for Science Development and Media Studies (CSDMS) and Elets Technomedia Private Limited. It aims to bring together thought leadership from global ICT for Development community to engage in action-oriented policy dialogues and debates around the key emerging issues in the field of governance and health. The eWorld Forum 2011 will be convened in India on 2-3 August 2011 at The Ashok, New Delhi, India.

 

The papers should be based on, but not restricted to, the following themes:

Governance

  • Gov 2.0 technology for participatory and citizen-centric governance
  • Scaling the Open Government initiatives across continents
  • Access to Broadband for all
  • mGov: Mobile as a platform for delivery of government to citizen services and engaging citizens in decision making. Its application in governance and health, especially for the developing world where internet and PC penetration is quite low
