to comment on the issue of successful knowledge management ,my take is that the success of an organisation depends on people, availability of resources and technology infrastructure so as to be up todate with technology.Nowadys knowledge management is managed by use of systems that are up to date, so it is important for the organisation to adapt such systems in order to be successful.
