PENDAHULUAN

Sehubungan adanya beberapa pihak ingin mendapatkan informasi tentang Knowledge Management (KM) dalam praktek, bukan sekedar bicara teori saja, bersama ini kami sajikan pengalaman kami mempraktekkan KM dalam suasana lingkungan korporat selama dua tahun terakhir ini (2008 – 2010).

“Learning experience” yang kami suguhkan berasal dari konten Situs Jejaring Sosial atau Social Networking Site (SNS) http://mobeeknowledge.ning.com dan diorganisasikan secara “digital learning objects” serta “asynchronous learning”. Strategi pembelajaran (learning strategy) sebagian besar bercirikan “content-based learning” dan sebagian kecil, untuk tujuan pemahaman lebih luas, diberikan secara “contextual learning-based”.

SNS kami yg bernama “Mobee Knowledge CoP – Knowledge Management 2.0” membawakan tema : “Toward next generation KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT 2.0 through contextual learning on the issues of TECHNOLOGIES, MARKET, PEOPLE and INNOVATION” . Saat kini (mid Juli 2010) memiliki 595 members yang tersebar di 38 negara. Saat kini juga, kontennya tersusun dari 230 artikel dan 744 tag-words yang Content Management System-nya disusun sebagai Knowledge-base berdasarkan metoda Folksonomi atau Social Bookmarking dengan menggunakan platform social media Delicious
