1. Full-time, CocoaMAP Business Manager
WCF seeks a CocoaMAP Business Manager (Cocoa Measurement and Progress,
‘CocoaMAP’) to oversee the strategic planning, business development
and roll‐out of CocoaMAP, a tracking and reporting system for
sustainable cocoa production. CocoaMAP is a web‐based data collection
system that serves to support monitoring and evaluation (M&E) efforts
and provide WCF members with data collection tools, trainings, and
support for measuring the effectiveness of sustainability activities
within their cocoa supply chains. The successful candidate will manage
the CocoaMAP program, including a limited number of staff, consultants
and service providers involved in CocoaMAP. The successful candidate
will oversee the design, pilot‐testing and roll‐out of a complete set
of CocoaMAP tools that can be integrated into member and partner M&E
systems. This position is full time, starting with a one‐year term,
with renewal possible based on performance. Applicants must be
authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the
position. Annual salary level starting range at $85,000, dependent on
past salary levels and experience.

2. WCF seeks a Senior Program Director for West Africa to oversee the WCF
program portfolio in the region and manage program staff in the WCF
Accra and Abidjan offices. The successful candidate will report to the
WCF President, who is based in Washington, D.C. All candidates must
possess proven leadership, management, organizational and
multi‐cultural skills, as well as have a strong background in private
sector relationships and managing complex multi‐stakeholder
partnerships. Candidates should also be dynamic self‐starters capable
of building and strengthening relationships with and among industry
companies, donors, and implementing partners, as well as with
government contacts both in the U.S. and program host countries.
