Methodological Support and Training for Project and Programme Management (PPCM)
PPCM will provide support to the design and implementation of projects and programmes by providing the ECstaff in headquarters and delegations involved in external assistance with training and methodological supportin aspects related to the programming, design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of EC aid operations.PPCM was previously known as the Aid Delivery Methods programme (ADM). The overall objective of PPCM isto improve the quality of EC external assistance in terms of relevance, effectiveness and feasibility.
The Junior Experts/Trainers will work full-time in Brussels as part of the 4 member Core Team. They willsupport the Core Team Coordinator in the implementation of the program.

Experience & Qualifications

EADI has been invited to bid for the above project and would like to hear from experts, with therelevant qualifications, to make up the nominated team. Candidates need to have at least three (3) years ofrelevant experience (post initial tertiary education/university).
General experience:• MA in economics, law, international relations, development or equivalent in one of the fields coveredby the contract.• Experience in development cooperation• Experience in adult training (design, deliver and/or administration)• Experience/knowledge of aid delivery methods such as: project and programme cycle management(budget support, EC procedures, delegated and decentralised management), sector-specific approaches,risk management, performance indicators, monitoring, results reporting and policy dialogue• Experience of administration/coordination work• Fluent in either English or French with a good working knowledge of the other• Excellent writing and editing skills in either English and French, preferable in both languages
Specific (preferable) experience:• Experience of working with EU institutions• Specific expertise in one of the program thematic fields* (see separate list)
