CARE International UK (CIUK) is seeking a consultant to help prepare and to facilitate a four day workshop for the newly formed CARE Conflict Community of Practice. The consultant will be a highly competent facilitator and will lead and provide expert input on specific workshop sessions in either the domains of knowledge management / communities of practice, integrating conflict into wider organizational processes, or in specific content areas such as conflict sensitivity or local level peacebuilding.

The consultant will also help process some of the workshop outputs specifically drawing out operational strategies for integrating conflict into wider CARE organizational processes.

The workshop will take place on February 28 to 3 March 2011 in Nairobi, Kenya.
