About us	Srijan Technologies is an IT consulting firm based in India. Srijan specializes in web solutions development using open source frameworks. Srijan has been delivering consistently highly visible websites, portals, intranets and web solutions for clients in government, private and non-profit sectors. Srijan specializes in Drupal, Typo3 and Django and Linux infrastructure. Current opportunities	Srijan is developing its capacity in assisting organizations and projects in social sector in adopting technologies and processes for improving their performance in delivery of social goods to the citizens. We intend to undertake research that helps defining the technology requirement, tools development and deployment, change management, training programs for the organizations. We intend to build a roster of expert consultants for several upcoming opportunities with bilateral, multilateral, domestic and international organizations and projects in various issues. We are looking for professionals with proven expertise in research in ICT issues, not necessarily from a social sector background. The profiles could be on these lines: 1. Researchers with strong record of scientific and/or consulting publications and report writing on business strategy development for using ICTs in social sectors. Desired qualifications include minimum seven years of national and international experience and advanced degrees in economics, business administration, health, technology and related subjects. Combination of technology background with formal training and experience in social science research is helpful. 2. Business analysts and e-Government practitioners with experience in process mapping, business process reengineering and change management in two to three assignments in various verticals. Professionals with this portfolio with lesser experience will be considered.
