The Microinsurance Innovation Facility is looking for a Knowledge Officer. The Facility was established in 2008 to support the extension of insurance to millions of low-income people in the developing world, with the overall aim of reducing their vulnerability to risk.

The Knowledge Officer will contribute to the management of knowledge generated through the Facility activities, including innovation grants, research and technical innovation projects. The officer will cooperate with the Facility's Research Officer to extract lessons learnt, and with the Communication Officer to effectively disseminate relevant knowledge to target audiences.
This is an opportunity for a professional with a good understanding and experience of knowledge management in a related field (insurance, micro finance, economic development) to contribute to the further development of microinsurance in developing countries.
