KM / evaluation consultant at UNEP

UNEP is looking for a consultant to support the Evaluation Office in the evaluation of the Green Growth Knowledge Platform (http://www.greengrowthknowledge.org/). Please find attached the ToRs. Would it be possible for you to share this opportunity with the KM4Dev group? 

Summary of requirements: 

- evaluation experience 
- Knowledge management experience, preferably of knowledge platforms 
- understanding of Green Economy/Green Growth/ sustainable development
