We are looking for a Knowledge Management and Training Consultant (60 working days over a 2-years period) for the EC funded project "Gender Communication training 2013-2014".

The Consultant will mainly  be responsible for the following project components:

- improve information exchange, dissemination and visibility of good practices inthe area of gender equality in development cooperation and policy/political dialogue among gender focal persons and other EC staff (i.e. update Cap4Dev platform, circulate newsletters, responsible for Learn4Dev gender working group, guide exchanges and discussions in online fora, etc)

- tutoring of online learning courses and update online learning material

Consultant profile:

- Academic degree

- 3 years professional experience on gender issues

- 1 year experience in training and knowledge management (Internet knowledge-sharing platforms, facilitating Internet-based discussion groups, organizing and updating information, tutoring/ assistance of training courses)
