Duties and Accountabilities:


KM Governance:

  • Work closely with the regional Business Line Leaders, Global Product Specialists and the support teams in developing an overall PPP knowledge, learning and innovation strategy.
  • Manage the overall KM program for PPP.
  • Forecast knowledge management needs (budget and staff) required to support client requirements and to mobilize resources.
  • Ensure staff “buy in” on KM practices and gain support for, and participation in, change management initiatives.
  • Work with GKO and the Business Line Leader to define a detailed operating plan, budget expectations and programs, tasks and initiatives.
  • Ensure that all tasks are delivered on time and within the projected budget.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of PPP s needs and aid GKO in developing policies and standards that are aligned to these needs.
  • Monitor changes in PPP s policy and work with GKO to incorporate changes into KM policies.
  • Work closely with the communications officer to ensure effective two-way communication throughout the group. KM Products and Content:
  • Work closely with the regional Business Line Leaders, Global Product Specialists and support teams in identifying key areas where PPP has a potential to contribute to the creation of new knowledge products.
  • Work closely with the Business Line Leader and communications officer in ensuring a strong dissemination and outreach plan for the identified products.
  • Collaborate with GKO to implement new content management standards (when they are introduced for IFC) and ensure adoption within the group.
  • Facilitate implementation of corporate content management policies and standards. Learning:
  • Work closely with HR, GKO and IFC s Partnerships & Advisory Services Operations (CPA) in developing a comprehensive onboarding and learning curricula for PPP staff.
  • Ensure implementation and monitor progress of the onboarding and learning program.
  • Oversee training on policies and standards of PPP staff.
  • Assess effectiveness of training and report findings to GKO. KM Technology and Standards:
  • Lead the expansion of iCollaborate for PPP working closely with the GKO.
  • Work closely with the regional Business Line Leaders and Global Product Specialists in ensuring that there are strong practices on iCollaborate that lead to its continued adoption and development.
  • Work with GKO to ensure technical requirements for systems address the needs of PPP.
  • Coordinate pilot testing of new systems and processes for PPP.
